CEO - Automation Engineer

Dmitriy has over 17 years of experience designing, programming, and commissioning industrial automation systems across oil & gas, manufacturing, water, and wastewater applications. He founded Industrial Automation Solutions, LLC to deliver practical, reliable automation systems built around real-world operating conditions.

His work focuses on system architecture, PLC/HMI programming, instrumentation, VFD integration, and commissioning. Dmitriy works closely with clients to understand their processes, identify opportunities for automation, and implement solutions that improve reliability, safety, and operating costs.

He remains hands-on throughout each project, from design through startup, ensuring systems are built correctly, documented properly, and supported after commissioning.

Ashlee Voronin

CFO - Accounts Manager

Ashlee Voronin manages finance, purchasing, and customer support for Industrial Automation Solutions, LLC. She brings over 10 years of experience in accounting and business operations, supporting project execution through accurate quoting, invoicing, and account management.

She oversees purchasing, vendor coordination, and customer communications, ensuring projects stay organized, transparent, and on schedule. Ashlee works closely with customers and suppliers to keep financial and administrative processes running smoothly.
